What Is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is an exercise program that uses a specially designed machine called a Reformer. Unlike other forms of exercise, the Reformer offers low-impact and resistance-based exercises, which makes it ideal for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The resistance-based exercises performed on the Reformer help strengthen and tone the muscles in the body, leading to improved overall fitness and body composition.
