What Is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is an exercise programme that uses a specially designed machine called a Reformer. Unlike other forms of exercise, the Reformer offers low-impact and resistance-based exercises, which makes it ideal for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The resistance-based exercises performed on the Reformer help strengthen and tone the muscles in the body, leading to improved overall fitness and body composition. Using various equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barre, and Ladder Barrel. Suitable for all levels, whilst accommodating all stages of pregnancy, including postnatal.
Beginner Reformer
